The Touring Consortium is a group of U.K. theatres who annually co-produce one large-scale drama touring England, Scotland and Wales supported by high quality curriculum-based education work.

The Alhambra Theatre is regarded as the North's premier touring venue and hosts the best in large scale entertainment from ballet and opera to variety and comedy, musicals, drama and Yorkshire's biggest panto.

Darlington Civic Theatre first opened its doors on Monday 2 September 1907 as the New Hippodrome & Palace of Varieties under the leadership of Managing Director Signor Rino Pepi. Over the years many famous names have appeared at the theatre, including Anna Pavlova, Tommy Cooper, Dame Margot Fonteyn, Rex Harrison, Dame Vera Lynn and Mickey Rooney. The reputation of the Civic Theatre has grown over the years and it still attracts the biggest names in the theatre world and is a sought after venue for national touring.

The theatre boasts elegant and airy foyers and bars, a 1,186 seat auditorium beautifully restored in Victorian style green and gilt decor and with fully comprehensive and technically upgraded backstage facilities.

Wolverhampton Grand Theatre is a major receiving venue on the number one touring circuit. The Grand Theatre building is owned by Wolverhampton Borough Council and is leased to a company called the Wolverhampton Grand Theatre (1982) Ltd.

York Theatre Royal has been producing great drama in the beautiful City of York for over 250 years and is one of the country’s leading producing theatres.

The Everyman is Gloucestershire's theatre - and has been serving the county (and beyond) since 1891. Our main auditorium is an architectural masterpiece designed by Frank Matcham that has inspired generations of performers. The common thread throughout the many years has always been our relationship with our audience - a relationship that we treasure.

The Grand Theatre is an 1100-seat theatre designed by Frank Matcham in 1894. This amazing space is a wonder of restoration and revival, presenting a full range of every performing artform, as Blackpool's community theatre, Lancashire's preferred opera house and Britain's National Theatre of Variety.
